Vietcombank announces change of name for book taxi feature on VCB Digibank

Vietcombank would like to announce, from 30/08/2023, the “Book Taxi” feature on VCB Digibank will change its name to “VNPAY Taxi”.

This change will not affect your taxi booking transactions.

VNPAY Taxi (previously: Book Taxi) is the cooperation service between Vietcoombank and Vietnam Payment Solution (VNPAY). The service was launched on VCB Digibank on 18/04/2023 and has been receiving great response from our customers ever since.

The customer service hotline for VNPAY Taxi is: 1900 5757 20 (8h - 22h from Monday to Sunday).
